How do you analyze your nutritional health?

It's quick and easy... and maybe even fun.  Just follow the instructions.

How does the analysis work?

The nutritional symptomatology questionnaire tabulates hundreds of documented symptoms of nutritional deficiencies and imbalances. Your weighted answers (1-3) are subjected to a scoring algorithm that displays your results as a graph showing the probability of specific nutritional deficiencies. Next, the Registered Nutritional Consultant interprets your graph and selects recommendations for corrective measures. Finally, your graph and recommendations are posted to your own private web page for your viewing/printing and you receive an e-mail with its coded address.

The questionnaire requires between 15 and 30 minutes to complete. Its 392 questions have been condensed from a total of over 1000  documented symptoms of the 54 nutritional imbalances that the questionnaire can measure.  We have reduced the number of questions required by cross-linking the symptoms so that each of the questions of the nutritional symptomatology questionnaire relates to more than one possible deficiency. Many questions relate to dozens of different deficiencies.  As well, weighting the answers from 1-3 brings a much greater degree of sophistication and accuracy to the tabulated results than a simple "yes/no" questionnaire can achieve. It is only after entering all of your weighted answers in a computer spreadsheet and by comparing the relative levels of  imbalances that recommendations for corrective actions can be developed.

Your recommendations are quite detailed and consist of both explanations of your deficiency(s) and advice as to which foods and/or supplements are nutritionally the most effective (and most cost-efficient) for you. Please note that we do not sell vitamins, etc. We offer a nutritional assessment and consultation service only. Specific foods, vitamins and nutritional supplements recommended are usually available from your local suppliers.

Your answers, taken as a whole, focus attention on your most important nutritional imbalances. Once you have corrected these, other, perhaps less significant, imbalances tend to correct themselves.

More and more doctors and medical scientists agree that it is important to build and maintain nutritional wellness in order to achieve lifelong good health -- for you and your family. Remember that you are unique -- and your nutritional requirements are unique.  Soon after completing your online questionnaire you will receive (via e-mail) the coded address to your own personal web page containing your analysis chart and recommendations -- valuable tools that can help you correct nutritional problems before they become serious health problems.

Your analysis will test you for symptoms of 54 nutritional imbalances.
