Welcome to a sample
of what your own personal nutritional analysis and recommendations page
might look like. I think you would be making a wise choice in
having your body tested for nutritional imbalances -- pinpointing your
own individual nutritional needs is the best way to begin a long-term program
of wellness.
The number of dietary
instructions and nutritional supplements recommended may seem confusing
at first, but I recommend that you print out the instructions and
make lists of the recommendations, and you would see that many of them
overlap and that it is much easier than it might first appear.
Remember, you do not
have to do everything at once -- nutritional improvements take time (at
least a couple of months or more).
You would begin with
a change that's not too difficult for you and you would find that soon
you would be able to implement the rest of the recommendations as well.
Of course, the more recommendations you can implement, the faster you would
see results.
Although your chart
would likely show deficiencies, they are almost all things that can be
corrected with more careful attention to diet, together with some added
supplements.
